Our 20-year class reunion was held June 24, 2000 in Union City, Tennessee. A family picnic at Graham Park (formerly known as Grove Creek Park) was enjoyed by classmates, spouses, and their children that afternoon and a dance for classmates and significant others was held that night at the Depot Center. It was truly a day and night of fun. At the evening festivities, we were honored to have three of our former teachers attend. Football coach Randy Barnes, guidance counselor Bobbie Adams, and English teacher Charles Miller came. Our class President Doug Latimer entertained the group with a few words and awards he bestowed upon the reunion planning committee. Other awards were also given out to classmates: Doug Latimer and Felicia Sanders Harris won "traveled the greatest distance" . Both came from San Diego to attend the reunion. Tim Stewart and Trena Simmons Stephenson won "Changed the Most" while Scott Fowler and Suzanne Hill Pafford received the "Changed the Least" awards. "Prettiest Scalp" went to Brad Gore and Bryan Key while Alan Scobey and Martha Wehman Townes got the "Most Gray Hair" award. "Most Children" went to Linda Yochum Storey and Otonda Moses Felton (4 kids each) and Otonda also received the "Most Grandkids" award (3).
